Hi! I found your website because you posted a link to my are.na board International Sad Hits.
I found your website and this article in particular really interesting as I'm working with a friend on a project called Arbtr (www.arbtr.com) that in the same vein as the idea of the Tiny Directory. It's a bit of a throwback to the old web and link directories, but with human curation rather than algorithms. Everyone on the platform is a curator (or librarian of the web), working for others to dig the best of the web. People can only share one link at a time (the previous one disappears when you post a new one), in order to avoid endless spammy feeds, link fatigue. The result is a directory of quality links. Right now we're in alpha mode but would love to chat with you about it and get some feedback/possible collaboration?
