hmm... did you add the libera.chat server? you won't be able to get to the #sr.ht room before doing that.

I'm not sure I'm tried to add servers from goguma itself before or not.

have you tried from gamja? (in this case, that would be: from: https://chat.sr.ht ). That I found to be the easiest way to get servers "registered" on the bouncer.

I don't think CGNAT or IPv6 should be an issue. It's possible but... See if you have any luck adding logging into server with the web interface, is what I would suggest. If you get things added on gamja/https://chat.sr.ht , they'll show up in goguma.
